Returns Policy
Regarding fresh flowers and ornamental plants, returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product. For the rest of the products that you wish to return, it is possible, only if they are in the same condition in which you received them and with complete packaging and after consultation with the store. In order to avoid your own inconvenience, please check upon delivery of the products their condition, their packaging as well as their type in order to identify any obvious defects.
The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and in excellent condition. Defective items are excluded.
For the return, they should be placed in a safe package and sent with your own carrier or our company’s partners. The cost in both cases is borne by you.
Each return must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, especially if a Sales Invoice has been issued, the original proof must be returned to us.
Items on sale or on sale can only be exchanged for items of the same category (on sale or sale).
No refunds are given.
