Shipping methods and shipping costs

For your immediate service, we ship your orders with a specific partner of ours, only for shipments within Thessaloniki.

*Bouquets and decorative plants are only sent within Thessaloniki.

The delivery time for shipments in Thessaloniki varies between 1-12 hours depending on the region.

For shipments to the rest of Greece it varies from 3-5 working days depending on the destination. Delivery times are set by the partner courier companies but we cannot guarantee delivery times due to the diversity of weather conditions and destinations (island, remote area, etc.)

Shipping costs

• Free for the area of Sindos
• €5 for the area of BI.PETH
• €10 for the areas within the Delta Municipality
• €15 for the rest of Thessaloniki

Orders over €65 shipping costs are free.

For same-day delivery within the municipality of Thessaloniki.

• Deliveries are always made after telephone communication and confirmation with the recipient about the receipt. In case of absence of the recipient, we contact the sender for further information.
• Products may vary depending on season and availability. In the event that there are no flowers (or any other product such as a pot, vase, base, etc.) or the color of the flower you selected is sold out, then it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value. If this change significantly changes the image of the product you ordered, we will contact you to inform you and ask for your consent to process your order.
• In the event that the recipient does not accept to receive their flowers, no refund will be made. However, you can pick up your order from our headquarters or after telephone consultation with you, we can deliver it to a new address – charging additional shipping if necessary.
• In case the recipient is absent despite the phone consultation that always precedes the delivery time, the order is returned to our store. You are informed by phone and either you pick up the product yourself from our headquarters, or your order is sent again (after a new consultation with the recipient) and you are charged the extra shipping costs that arise.
